This position is full time. Previous experience in the apartment industry is preferred but not required.

To qualify for this position, applicant must have experience, knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Painting
- General Maintenance
- HVAC experience is a Plus!

You must have your own tools and transportation.
Clear backgound and valid driver's license are required.
